Privacy notice for the Marshall community campaign hubUpdated September 21, 2026 · Current implementation notice · Final policy review pending← Back to the community hub

Who this notice covers

This notice describes the community hub presented for Marshall Injury Law and Marshall Law Group, with technical support from G Media Branding. It covers this hub, not every practice on the firms’ separate websites or social platforms. The business team must confirm the final operator responsibilities and policy before a new campaign opens.

Information you choose to share

Email alerts collect your first name, email address, campaign interest and consent. The Marshall Law Group interest list saves your selected package interest with those details; it does not request information about your legal situation. Other campaign forms may request contact details and an Instagram username. The local eligibility check collects your name, email, optional Instagram username, chosen community, age acknowledgment and pickup acknowledgment. These are self reported details for staff review, not automatic verification.

Do not upload identification, medical information, Social Security numbers, private case details or another person’s contact information to these community forms. The current In Your Corner promotion accepts entries through its original Instagram post, not the local check or email signup.

Suggestions and local business introductions

The private suggestion box collects your name, email, message and acknowledgment. Business introductions also collect the business name, local community and an optional public website or Instagram handle. Authorized campaign staff review these notes to plan community campaigns and may contact you about your request. Notes are not posted publicly and do not subscribe you to marketing emails, create a contest entry or guarantee a feature or prize. We will arrange any publication permissions before featuring a business or story. The same pending retention review and contact options described below apply to these records.

Community participation records

A private staff tool can retain a member identifier, verified contact email, display name, community, separate participation consent reference, campaign activity evidence, review decisions and participation point history. Newsletter signup and eligibility pre checks do not automatically enroll you in this program. Staff must verify contact ownership and record separate consent before creating a member record.

Participation points are not money, community votes, sweepstakes entries or guaranteed prizes. Public member sign in, automatic activity collection and member balance access are not enabled. The safety deck and practice mystery case do not award points or entries. Program terms, retention and member access require approval before public enrollment. Ask the team through the contact options below about access, correction or deletion.

Visit measurement and storage

Our own measurement records page and section visits, approximate engaged time, clicked destinations and general device, operating system and browser categories. A random identifier in session storage groups activity within a browser tab. Form contents are not sent with these events. We do not use this system to identify a person across websites. It honors supported Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals, plus the control on this page.

Signup records may include the referring page, landing page and campaign attribution tags. Hosting providers process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to operate and protect the service. Form protection uses temporary request limits; older signup protection records can contain IP addresses. A separate session preference remembers whether you muted seasonal sound. Private staff access uses an authentication cookie.

How information is used and shared

Authorized campaign staff use submissions to administer promotions, review eligibility, arrange prize pickup, maintain signup lists and respond to requests. Consented email alerts are for the campaign or package interest selected. Marshall Law Group package interest is not permission to send unrelated legal service marketing. Signing up does not add an entry or improve your chances. The current hub saves the list; automated email delivery is not yet enabled.

Technical service providers support hosting, storage and site operations through Sites and Cloudflare. The hub does not include a sale of contact lists or advertising audience integration. Staff access is restricted, but no internet service can promise absolute security.

Instagram, maps and firm contact forms

Instagram previews load when you request them. The Google map loads automatically as you approach the office section. The firms’ embedded contact forms load when you open a message form and send information through their existing i net mail service. These providers may receive your IP address, browser information and their own cookies when loaded. Visiting an external link is governed by the destination’s own notice. Public Instagram comment excerpts on the hub link to their original posts and are not a live feed.

Winner photos and community stories

Our community celebrations include a quick winner photo or short video at pickup for the website, Instagram and Marshall promotional channels. Future promotions will disclose this expectation before entry, with approved Official Rules and a release describing permitted uses. This notice is not itself a release and does not add conditions to promotions already underway. Their originally published rules control.

The Prepared, Not Scared gallery currently contains clearly marked sample entries. Preview votes do not enter live results. An actual participant’s submission and publication permissions must be confirmed before a live gallery opens.

Your choices and requests

You may decline email signup and still use the hub. To ask about access, correction, deletion, campaign emails or a request not to sell your information, contact the campaign team through the Marshall Injury Law contact page, call (702) 489 5700, or write to Privacy Requests, 3333 E Serene Avenue, Suite 120, Henderson, NV 89074. Mention the campaign hub and the email used for your submission. Do not send identity documents until the team confirms an appropriate method.

The team may need proportionate verification and may retain records required for a promotion, legal obligation or dispute. Applicable law determines the scope and timing of each request. Future marketing emails must include a working unsubscribe method before delivery is enabled.

Retention, children and updates

Measurement events older than 90 days are removed as new events are processed. The final retention schedule for signup and eligibility records has not yet been approved; those records are currently retained until reviewed or removed by authorized staff. The team must finalize retention and deletion procedures before launching new entry collection.

Community forms are intended for adults. The local check requires an acknowledgment of age 18 or older. Do not submit a child’s personal information here. If you believe a child’s information was submitted, use the contact options above so the team can review removal.

Changes will appear on this page with an updated date. Material changes requiring a new choice or permission must be presented before that new use. This implementation notice is not a certification of legal compliance.

Policy review notes and source material

Review is based on the current implementation and sources consulted September 21, 2026. Before launch, counsel and the business team should confirm operator identity, applicable jurisdictions, retention, vendor agreements, publicity releases and campaign rules.
